A little about me!

Hi! My name is Megan, most call me Meg. I’ve been actively working out pretty much my whole life. I started doing competitive dance and gymnastics when I was 5 years old and did that for 12 years. I’ve always loved seeing what my body was capable of doing. I then went on to do competitive golf where I went to states all 4 years of high school and played in the Michigan junior leagues. Along with golf I also dual sported that with cross country. Then I went on to do wrestling, competitive cheer, and track! Along with participating in CrossFit and actively lifting weights. After I graduated I went purely into the gym, lifting weights, the occasional 5k and hiking. About 2 years ago I started to notice I missed the drive to compete in something. I’m just a natural competitor, I got really serious into weightlifting and that’s when I started to notice my muscle definition really coming through. So last year around this time I decided I needed to set a goal and accomplish it so I went into bodybuilding! Fast forward and I’m now nationally qualified in Bikini and Wellness and have 3 shows under my belt! I had no intention of actually doing well at this sport but when I stepped on stage it just ignited that fire deep inside of me. My first two shows I received 1st in all 3 classes and 2nd overall. I’m going for my pro card this year and couldn’t be more excited! I’ve been helping train people in the gym for the last couple years and I love to help others. So I got officially certified as a personal trainier and nutritionist. I have an intense amount of passion for this sport and helping others achieve the confidence that I feel.

I can help you develop a healthy relationship with food while educating you on the rights and wrongs. Eating proper doesn't have to be boring. I will help you with macro tracking and some yummy meal ideas.
